Queen Bee: We have our new house 12 years ago, a large porch, and has all the fruit trees and shrubs. It is not fancy, but comfortable and call home. We bought the house because we have the wood less expensive and not 100K. Court Information

Built in 1893. Old houses have their "charm", with a variety of problems (which must not only additional hardware you will need 5-adapter to fit this size be ordered ...). A chance for a new house is beautiful (like sockets in the walls instead of 1 per room), but I also met some new houses have their own problems, like leaky roofs and walls of a square.

Our house is over 42 years. I love our house, because it seems to be unique and not see a blow as we are now. We really have all the amenities that a new home, so that it fits our needs very well. I think it is built solid as the new home. All we had installed the windows and insulation to be changed to maintain pace. Our rooms are huge, and I like the newer homes have large rooms for the teachers, but also other, smaller rooms. In general, I never wanted to move. Do we have our three children here, so I really can not advance in any case, just too many memories (including growth curves) are also in the garage! So I guess in a long line, I must say that the love of our house is built great, and I would not even against a new house.

Our house was built in the 90s. Totally shocked when we bought it, so we completely gutted and rebuilt. We hope to turn around, but we're almost to the point that it would be useless.

However, I would like to have a building from the turn of the century. They have more character and beauty.

I like new houses, like me is the design, but also the character of an old house is priceless. I prefer life in a new home. Our house is about 45 years. Our old house was about to turn, 90
